About Lila

Lila is a purpose-driven visionary, social entrepreneur, storyteller, and business consultant.. Born in Costa Rica and raised between an organic farm, the Caribbean beach, and a small-town village in Germany, she has been a bridge connecting various cultures, nations, and perspectives. She firmly believes that the power of storytelling and the intentional use of technology can serve as tools for change, enabling our modern society to realize its full potential.
Her research centers on the concept of Regenerative Economies and how social entrepreneurship can foster social, environmental, and economic prosperity. Lila travels the world with the purpose of shedding light on the most innovative and impactful solutions of our time. She achieves this by amplifying the voices and perspectives of disruptive thought leaders from around the world.
Lila is driven by a profound passion for women’s empowerment, the preservation of indigenous culture and wisdom, and the exploration of radical active listening models to foster systemic change and integral transformation.

Lila loves to hear all voices. She interviews and speaks with passionate entrepreneurs, politicians, scientists, artists and local community members from around the world to gain insight on different perspectives on what is needed for a thriving world.

Gaia Protection is a Non-Profit organization based in Germany. Lila founded this NGO at the age of 18, in the legacy of her father. The organization provides workshops in schools about circular economy, collaborates with Lebenshilfe e.V. and the local government of Bamberg to achieve more education and awareness in circular economy initiatives.
